What is end-to-end encryption?
When you enable E2E encryption, your note is encrypted in your browser before it's sent. The key is embedded only in the share link's URL fragment — our servers store ciphertext and can never read the content, even if compelled.
Are shared links indexed by search engines?
No. Shared links are private and are not indexed by search engines.
Is ShareText a cloud storage service?
No. It handles one-off handoffs, not long-term storage. No folders, no sync — links expire on your schedule.
