By using ShareText, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the text, links, and comments you create or post. ShareText does not pre-screen shared content and does not endorse anything users publish. You must not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, malware distribution, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, or other harmful or unlawful content.

No liability for shared material

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShareText and its operators are not responsible or liable for any user-generated content accessed through share links, including accuracy, legality, or any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on that content. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates these terms or applicable law, use the report option on the note page when available. We may remove content, disable access, or take other action we consider appropriate, but we are not obligated to monitor or mediate disputes between users.

Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, risk to the service, or violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
